Groundworks Industries has applied for a City license to operate an Electric Lettuce pot dispensary two doors away from a preschool, next door to a popular toy store, and near a public library.
That’s wrong and doesn’t reflect our values or the values of our city, but it’s currently allowed under City regulations.
Please ask City leaders to update City rules right away – before approving more licenses – for where marijuana retailers can operate to better protect children.
